The Vincentian Congregation (CM) in partnership with the Family and Pastoral Counselling Association of the Philippines has launched an ongoing program of Human Formation for seminarians residing at the De Paul House, Tandang Sora, Quezon City.

Introducing FPCAP's newest program is the Psychosocial Enrichment Module for Seminary Formation (PSEMSF) to assist those in the formation particularly in areas of psychological and social development of prospective priests and missionaries. Launched last July 10, the PSEMSF consists of 18 modules good for twice a month, three-hour session during the entire school year. The said tie-up was initiated by Fr. Dennis Abuel, CM who presented the idea to FPCAP President Pearl Polestico during a meeting held last May, 2010. Ms. Tetchie Viduya, FPCAP Treasurer serves as the Co-Chair for this Formation Program.
