Alliance Graduate School of Theology in partnership with the FPCAP invites you to a seminar on Attachment Disorders and Therapy to be given by William T. Kirwan, D.Min, PhD. The seminar will be conducted on January 16, 2010 from 9 AM to 1 PM and will be held at the Alliance Graduate School at 101 Dangay Street, Veterans Village, Project 7, Quezon City.

Over the past 50 years, the study of the attachment between mother and infant has seen an explosion of data, understanding and therapy approaches. The attachment patterns between mother and infant sets the template or the internal working model for all relationships that follow. Research overwhelmingly demonstrates that one’s attachment pattern, whether secure/insecure (avoidant/ambivalent), or disorganized, significantly affects one’s romantic relationships and one’s relationship (attachment) with God or God as a substitute attachment figure.

The use of the Adult Attachment Interview in research and counseling will be covered during the seminar.

The registration fee is as follows:
  • Early Bird Registration (until January 9, 2010) - PHP 450
